Privacy Policy
What will we do with your data and information?
Every time you interact with our company in a prospecting process, we collect personal and professional information provided by you, such as: name, email, profession, company name, telephone number, and address. But just for control, we will never reveal your data to anyone outside our operating system.
When you access the site, we have automatic access to your computer's internet protocol and your IP address. But we only need this to learn and develop improvements according to your browser and operating system. Your photos or confidential files are of no interest to us.
Nobody deserves to receive promotional emails non-stop, right? That's why we will only send you content and news about our company, if you allow it.
Consent is everything!
How do we get your consent?
It works like this: when you provide personal information to complete a conversion or request a contact, we understand that you agree to the collection of data to be used by our company.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will directly ask for your consent or provide you with the opportunity to say no. And if I want to withdraw my consent, what should I do?
If after providing us with your data you change your mind, no problem: you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at sac@freebrands.com.br or by calling (11) 93934-8350. Easy and transparent just like everything that happens here in our company.
Disclosure. We will never do that unless it's necessary.
Yes, we may disclose your personal information. But only if we're required by law to do so or if you happen to violate our Terms of Service. But rest assured: we will do everything to avoid reaching that point. And we believe that you will also do the same.:)
Consent is everything!
It's good to make it clear that our third-party vendors will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Nothing more than that.
On the other hand, certain third-party service providers have their own privacy policies. For these vendors, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be used.
Remember: some suppliers may be located or have facilities in different jurisdictions. That is, if you want to continue with a transaction involving the services of a third-party provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction (s) in which the service provider or its facilities are located.
Here's an example: let's say you're in Canada and your transaction is processed through a payment gateway located in the United States, so your personal information used to complete that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States law, including the Patriot Act.
How does it work in practice? When you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party app or site, you will no longer be governed by our site's Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

Safety. Here it comes first.
Take a look at what we do to protect your personal and/or professional information: we take reasonable precautions and follow the best practices in the market to make sure that it will not be inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Everything for you to browse the internet with peace of mind.
Another point to highlight: if you provide your credit card information, that information is encrypted using “secure socket layer” (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional standards generally accepted by the industry.
Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the site. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you as soon as they have been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we will possibly use and/or disclose.
Rest assured, if our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to interact with you.

Comodism doesn't work with us. Therefore, we are always seeking to improve our services and this Privacy Policy may undergo some updates. For this reason, we recommend that you periodically visit this page to be aware of the modifications. If relevant changes are made that impact your new consent, we will publish that update and request your authorization. Updated on September 30, 2019.
